• Child’s name
• Father’s name
• Mother’s name
• Mother’s maiden name
• Date of Birth
• Godparents’ names

First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion

First Reconciliation occurs in 2nd Grade, with instruction and preparation through our Religious Education Program.  For more information, please contact Mary Hagar at (763) 658-4319 Ext. 31.

Marriage
Call the Parish Office at least nine months in advance to make arrangements (763) 658-4319, Ext. 21.
